Is anyone else unable to run Gears for the PC after installing driver 7.15.0011.7813 released 09/17/08?

Yes, I am getting the same problems. Hopefully SOMEBODY will bring up this issue with NVidia. I can't, since I can never get the confirmation emails for registering to report it.
