i have this version of Gears of war
and my computer like this :
MB Gigabyte P31
VGA ATI HD2600 PRO
Ram 2 GB ddr2
processor core 2 duo 2.5/3 MB cash....

i even updated the vga
and reduced the graphic level of the game
and updated the game

but the game crash after 2 minutes , i play for 2-3 minutes , then the game exit by it self.........

so what is the problem?

it's kind of hard to say, but if I had to guess I'd say it's a hardware issue with the MB. I had a P31 that gave me nothing but problems for months and I finally just yanked it and went with a MSI Diamond board and all is well now.
I know it's really a power hungry program, and your cpu and graphics card are really sucking the juice so make sure you have plenty of capacity from your power supply.
On average if I'm building a pc I'll try and double the output of what I think I'll need so I'm not pushing components into the red!

assassin creed and crysis..........etc
