What happend?

Last night on gears, some guy was team killing on my team, so i booted him, and he came back. So, i gave him a chance and he kept on doing it. I booted him again and again, untill he sent me a message saying he was going to have people filing against me for booting. He said it was unsportsmanlike conduct. i said that i've read the code of conduct and read that you cannot file for booting. People have the right to do it.


now, i go to sign onto the xbox.com, and it wont let me, i have all the password right/username. It just goes back to the home page. I dont know if its something wrong with xbox live or its me but im worried. I have not tried to sign on, on my xbox but i wont let e on my comp. Can Anyone tell me whats wrong?

I think the problem lies at Xbox Live or maybe it's just your Internet.
Don't know about the booting thing, don't think you can get banned or whatever for that.
