Chat in game...

How can I chat with other players in the game...?
Is it only possible with Windows Live...?
Or can I chat also direct in the game...?

To chat in any game, even on single player:
1) Press the button above TAB, the one with this symbol: `
2) Type in "say" in green bar.
3) Type wathever you want to say
4) Press Enter

I find out that the button for to chat in the game at my keyboard is:

"-"

the minus button at the right side where the numbers are...

For all players how got also a German keyboard...
