Cant start the game Error d3dx9_35.dll

Hi every one, ive installed the game every thing and stuff but it gave me one error okay i fixed it now the 2nd one is the d3dx9_35.dll error i putted inside the system folder but nothing happens can some one help me? :(

i was facing the same issue with this missing dll file d3dx9_35.dll
this is where i got the file from and solved the issue:
