The main thing is to find the page to enter the code. If this is anything like the Halo 3 ARG, the key is finding these entrances.

What I'm hoping is that the ID code is NOT from the COG TAG in the EuroGamer competition (which it's pointing towards). If it is, we just have to hope someone who cares will upload itm or we're screwed!

Maybe the tag from that competition will have some clues on it, PLUS, they will give some away at the event. Anyone going to E FOR ALL, find Six (he's going) and ask for one. It might be the thing to do. For now, I'm putting my money on that's the case.

And as SOON as you get one if that is the case, post everything on it here. And don't gloat too much. :D

I already checked it, there is nothing on that one. I messed with all the color schemes, the only thing that didn't fight was the black dot for the hole. Someone photoshoped it in.

I've already checked the image on EuroGamer and the viddoc - it just says "Property of the Coalition of Ordered Governments".

I'm still convinced this will be a code on the COG tag from EuroGamer and stuff, or the code from that image. It says "Enter the Last Day Code" and the blog post says "Every COG Tag is imprinted with a unique ID code, the last words on the last day of a solider’s story."

I dont know if this has any reference to it but if you go to the media section on the gears website and look at the download section their is a pic of Marcus holding tags and their is like a 15 digit number on them. I am having a hard time reading all the numbers though, plus I have no idea where you even put the code at???

I can see the numbers now they are 003 116 117 126 071.

edit: i just noticed on the gears of war main site it should a different time stamp for when six okay posted the blog, but when you click on it it shows a different time and the date posted in US form (month/day/year). i think it's a timezone thing but i'm not sure what it has to do with anything

If you click on the arcade machine, it shows you a sketch. In the middle of that sketch, it looks like there is something written, but it's extremely hard to read. If anyone can read it please post it.

i think that the code is related to the name. not just get past the code and enter a name. because it fails and says invalid csid code. Which i think means we need the csid of a soldier and his name, they have to match.

I found this image, the filename is called ascii1of2 so it probably has something to do with ASCII characters and I'm also guessing there is another picture that I can't find. Can somebody who knows ASCII code make sense of this? And does anybody else have the second picture?

it could be your name. or you are "a cog" (one whose csid we need) and match both to unlock the machine. kim and marcus are the only two i remember giving jack orders, and anya can access his information

i found that one, its gives the same as the first omen, the two wallpapers of marcus.. thats a little strange. im supposing that was supposed to be for ASCII 2 perhaps?

i think people were saying you are trying to access jack as a soldier. Like enter youd Coalition Service ID and your name....although someone pointed out that cog tags may be personally sold and this could be where you enter the information.

i dont even think its a gamer pic, since it doesnt give you a code and you dont need to enter your gamertag before hand, it has no way of knowing what your gamertag is, so really...its just a random pic of carmine or some other random COG guy

I don't know why, but for some reason it worked on my PC. I did the same thing on my MAc and it would load or open past the border of the flash site so I tried on my PC and it works fine.
