if you click on the little red cog at the bottom of the page where you enter the code for carmine icon,i was trying some randon stuff out and one worked!!
put in MARCUS-FENIX-ES hit enter and it will ask your to verify a code then put the code shown and it will ask you to put in YOUR NAME. now i have got this far but dont know what to do from here.

Alright okay. We know there are 15 audio files we currently do not have from that file. I've tried the links - all the things we currently have are accessible from your links. However, the audio files have NOT been uploaded yet as it can't find them on the system. There are multiple versions of each audio file so I'm trying them now. It doesn't look like they will work at the moment though.

It's a waiting game now. As soon as they upload them, we can grab them. What this does show us however is that future COG tag ID's are going to unlock audio files.

You know what I just thought - a lot of the uploads will probably go up early next week once E For All is over and done with. Remember that EuroGamer COG Tag? Maybe that will unlock one of the first audio files.

It's just gonna be small insights into the Gears universe by the looks of it - which is awesome. It might have some cutscene snippets judging by a few of them, but it will more than likely be audio only.

The ones I'm more interested in are the COG TAG audio unlockables. To me, they will probably be the more secretive ones that reveal some interesting things, since they aern't as mass market accessible as everything else that will unlock.

Guess who just used some common sense to find us some new flash files? I DID!

Note that if it's not working for you (which it wasn't for me), download it with right click and save as, then open it. Once your in the Flash Player go "Control - Step Forward". VOILA! Now go "Control - Play". Unfortunately it looks like we need more than just this file, maybe some audio or something? Can anyone find anything to click or something?

As a note, I have tried other addresses to no avail yet. They are there but we just have to work out the wording on them. Have a go :)

There is also a "streaming sound" file, which I think is meant to be the thunder/rain we're not hearing.

its pretty interesting...i also got all the scene files...which do nothing btw

ah...well i noticed something if you view the shell.aspx file
there is a flash value called level and its set to "";
in the xml files all the content thats secret or not found anywhere normally visible has a <LEVEL="1"> tag so if we found some way to change this value we might get our results without hacking up the swf files

There is more than just this in the file - background noises and the like. For some reason sound does not want to stream with these files - I'm going to try and fix that later on when we stop finding more of these SWF files and reup them on my server for everyone so they can get the proper experience of it.

Nothing is missing from the manifest. EVERYTHING on there is accessible, we just have to work out the final past of the file name for each one.

The ones that aern't currently accessible are the audio files unlocked from entering certain COG tag codes.

Pretty much, seems like when they are unlocked you'd see one of the videos posted after clicking the new clickable items (satelite dish, phone booth, lancer, gas tanks, etc...)

yes the code seem to do some thing the code is 003 116 117 126 071 but the last two letters dont fit but it doesnt matter anyway the screen go on to show some sort of code with a line going throuhgt it which when ented it says ENTER YOUR NAME im currenly doing every name possable but if this has already been done sorry for the watse of time also good find

From what we know, each part of the site is going to unlock over time and show us something new. The COG IDs unlock some bonus content - so far it's only unlocked some icons to use on AIM and stuff.

I've heard that to obtain some things in the game we will obtain codes, like say a code for the golden hammerburst at the midnight release. Are these codes and the ones from the last day site related in any way? Other than that will any of this have ANY effect on the game? I've read most of the posts but there hasn't been a very specific answer to this.

Marginis, theres no answer to it cause we still dont know... another thing that leaves us in the dark still is: Why when you enter an obvious wrong code for the SCID it doesnt just deny you, but ask for a security code and your name? Like various people in the forums say could there possibly be an Ultimate SCID code that unlocks somthing we hadn't found yet? What type of goodie would require you to input a Security code/Your Name? (Probably somthing pretty damn good! That any one of us Gears fans would want!) I guess we'll have to wait until it all comes together and see.
