Cannot Download Hidden Fronts Map Pack

SAdly I cannot download the hidden fronts map pack. It states that it is not available in my area. I am currently in panama. Is there a way around this?

Well I'm not really sure were Panama is, but I believe Microsoft didn't make those maps downloadable in some areas, Panama might one of them. Sorry man but I guess you can't downloaded them, well look at the bright side Gears of War 2 is coming out in a little over a month. :D
