Yeah, I guess what makes him look like Marcus is, for one his facial structure. For two is his Large nose, Marcus (and the other members have large noses).

If you give him a dark beard, a bandanna and some COG armor he'd probably look just like Marcus. Maybe someone could photoshop it for us? lol.
