Alright, i'm planning on buying GoW for my Laptop, i have it on the 360 but i want to use it for travelling and generally out of the house.
Anyways here are my specs
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 2.00GHz (totalling 4.00GHz)
4.00GB RAM
Vista 32-bit Service Pack 1
Display adapter type Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Total available graphics memory 1292 MB
Dedicated graphics memory 32 MB
Dedicated system memory 96 MB
Shared system memory 1164 MB
Display adapter driver version 7.15.10.1502
Primary monitor resolution 1280x800
DirectX version DirectX 10
Also, as a side note, i can run BioShock in 800x600 rez with 2 of the shader effects turned off.
Also, can anyone tell me what the performance index of Gears of War PC is?

All you have to do is install an Active X control and you can find out if you can run it on your PC. I use it heaps and I'm assuming people here do aswell, so don't worry about it being spyware etc, it's 100% legit, and really useful.

well it would run... but you won't be gettin much of the feel that gears has. I suggest maybe getting a better graphics card as the current onboard one is letting your system down. You have plenty of ram and a decent enough speed for your processor so yea, get a new graphics card if at all possible. :P

No, it probably won't run as that system is below the required specs. (intergrated graphics card ftl) And if it does run, it'll probably be piss poor. Get ~$1000, go on Newegg, and buy PC parts to build your own desktop. That'll be able to run Gears at high settings on a pretty good resolution.
