Help With this error

I can't seem to get GOW to install on my system.
It is a Vista x32 bit and is rated 4.6 in that game rating thingy.
The Specific error is numbered 0x80040707 and its description that is given to me is DLL Function call crashed: EULA.EBUEula. Setup will now terminate.
I've looked at every guide i could, from This forum to microsoft and others to see if i could find a solution but i just can't. I was hoping Maybe someone was experienced in this and could lend me a hand.

I guess No one could really Help with this problem. Ah well, Looks like I'm gonna have to Take it back to Pcworld and get my money back.

Turns Out PC world had a whole batch of GOW games with corrupted Installation files.
I'm happy i got my money back now.
Good times.

i have windows vista 32bit, and my specs is core 2 duoT9300 ,4Gega ram,geforce 8400GS.

every time i start the game it freezes for minutes and work for 1 sec and return to freeze and then go working for 1 sec at most , please help??????:mad:
