Submitting two versions of the same map?

Let's say I made a map but there were two versions of it, a regular and a necris. Could I submit both? :confused:

I wouldn't actually see the point in doing that; the design itself would be 99% the same as your original, so you'd only be changing your map score based off of art direction. One of your maps will look better than the other, so I'd recommend just entering the better of the two.

To add to this question... what about converting a map to different map types? I'm developing a WAR map for phase2, but it would play well as a VCTF as well with some modifications.

As long as you submit both in the same thread, I don't see what would be wrong with it, people pick the version they like best?

Well I am converting WAR-Valhara into VCTF and going to submit that for phase 2, and also wanted to make it a necris version as well, with tentacles and different fog / vehicles / post processing.

Heheh, well, that's the plan. ;) 5 weeks to go!

I actually don't think I'm going to make the deadline, but it's forming up pretty good so far. We'll see!
