Ok.. since noone else is helping you I will give it a whirl...

Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.40GHz

Kindof testing that bottom limit on the requirements eh? If your serious about gaming on the PC you NEED a new PC. Trust me on this... That processor is just too old.

UnicodeCard name: ATI Radeon HD 2400 Series AGP

Awful awful card.. I owned one of these for 1 day so I know. Its bad. Its weak and its buggy. AMD has fixed the initial problems with the AGP acceleration but its still a weak weak card. If you can play at all you'll be on low settings.

Current Mode: 1280 x 1024 (32 bit) (60Hz)

You will likely not be able to get a playable framerate at that resolution on a weak system like this.

Driver Version: 6.14.0010.6715 (English)

Your driver is over a year older than your card.. thats a pretty big problem. You should get a driver that actually supports your card.

Upon futher investigation AMD doesn't even offer drivers for those cards.. god knows if the drivers supplied with the card are up to date or not.... sad.
