Every time I try to install Anthology (with all the games selected) it crashes when installing the file SC_Volcano_T.utx

This happens when it's installing UT2004, so I decided to try and install without it selected. As expected it installed fine.

Here's is what popped up the first time I tried to install:

After this happened I was looking for solutions to "catastrophic failures" during game installs and found one that involved giving administrative rights to all users or something like that.

When I tried to install after that it gave me this error:

As mentioned earlier, all I have installed is the other games. I'd really like to play UT2004 though. Does anybody know what the problem could be?

Thanks!

Not sure... You have the key, so you could use it with another UT2004 CD. But you must get that one, so... And maybe you could recreate the DVD, but I'm not sure. There are tools for that, search for them, but can't guarantee that they will work in this case.
Too bad they didn't supply an "ingnore" button, the SC_Volcano_T.utx can be easily downloaded.

Thanks for the replies. I don't know about the disc scratch thing....I mean I bought it new and it looks pretty flawless. There's nothing else that could be wrong?

No idea. You might also use i6comp to manually extract all files, but you will have to rename a whole bunch of folders then. If it's successful, then use the UT2004 reg fix and it will be installed. But for now you can try and copy D:\Disk7\data8.cab to your HDD and see if it does that flawlessly. If not, it will definitely be a scratched DVD.
