What kind of Locust is this?

I found some concept artwork and can somebody help me here on what type of Locust this is? It looks like a machete butcher Boomer :)

Will he be in the campaign or Horde?

thats the butcher, its basicly a boomer holding a cool looking butcher knife and yeah its just a butcher locust, exept it slaughters humans lol

he looks pretty cool but hes probably very easy to beat because he can only hit you at close range
