In Dizzy Wallin's bio on the official Gears 2 website, it says that he is torn between his distrust for the COG and his family's safety. Or something like that. Do you think Dizzy will dislike Marcus and his new squadmates, similarly to Baird?
Or do you think he will become annoying with his constant insults, etc.?
Or will he just blend in with Delta?

I think he will come around and be an awesome part of the squad...i mean he has to so his family can be safe

Yeah, but do you think he will be the kind of, "You're lucky I got a family to keep safe", guy who dislikes Delta? And no, i don't have anything against Dizzy, he might be my new fav character.

He might hate the higher up guys like Chairman Prescott and Hoffman, but should be at home with Marcus and Delta.

I havn't heard alot of info about Dizzy, Tai or Ben Carmine... but I think Ben is going to be my favorite character.
not sure what Dizzy is like, hopefully he's a cool stranded who everyone thinks can't shoot a gun and just pwns everybody. Maybe if Dom dies dizzy becomes the new Dom lol. I hope he has a hillbilly accent :D

I can see him giving a genuine "Yeeeeeee-HAWWW!!!!!!" as the derrick rolls on.

As much as I want to say he will be similar to Baird or even worse, I will go with him blending well into Delta Squad because they are all likable guys. Some of them.

I REALLY hope that they go further into the stranded and how they feel about the COG. In the first game it just amounted to them calling you "bad names," but there's so much more that could be done with it plot-wise.

I never thought about this until you brought it up. What if Dizzy realizes how evil the CoG is and betrays them.
Example:Dizzy gets so fed up with Marcus's orders that he points his snub pistol at Marcus when he is off-guard and says "I'm tired of your COG bull****." and right before he shoots Marcus Dom blows Dizzy's head off with a gnasher.

I can understand why Dizzy has a dislike for the Coalition government (damn fascists!), but Marcus and the others are just cogs in that whole political machine, they're not directly responsible for the big decisions, so they can't really be blamed. I think he'll realize that once he gets to know them, and they'll all be one big happy family. Of course, he'll probably still make cheap cracks about it from time to time though. :p

I don't think he hates the COG but he didn't want to get involved in the war because he had to leave his home.

If you watch the last vidoc it shows dizzy talking to marcus he was nice to him.

okay, Baird doesn't hate marcus anymore, he hated him in the beginging because Marcus got promoted instead of him, but as the game goes on he sees how great Marcus really is and accepts the fact, Baird is just still a bit cocky towards him, but also he's just cocky overall. I read this in a Character Bio a while back.

Well we already know he gets left behind with Skorge, so who knows

But if Dizzy is nice enough to stay behind with a freaky locust leader that eats COG's for breakfeast, lunch, and dinner, then i think he likes marcus and Delta Squad

Dizzy doesnt hate Marcus or any of his team im pretty sure cuz in the gamestop commercial they seemed to be getting along just fine. :)
