Here is my list of who I think would be great to star in GOW the movie. I think I found the perfect Marcus!


Marcus - Nick Chinlund
Dom - Edgar Ramirez
Baird - Max Martini
Cole - Lester Speight
Kim - Jason Scott Lee
Hoffman - R. Lee Ermey
Carmine - Dustin Diamond (Screech - Just for laughs)

Actually I think Marcus is the least like the game that you picked..

I think Kim looks the best.

Marcus- I must agree with Chainsaw Guardian, the worst of the bunch. Still not a bad choice though.
Dom- Pretty darn close. Looks the part, but can he act it?
Baird- Looks, yes. But I think I know who that guy is, and don't think he could pull it off.
Cole- Sort of... Cole, in my opinion, needs to be perfect though.
Kim- Yeah, I've seen this guy picked a hundred times before, and I must agree.
Hoffman- I think you, I, and the rest of the GoW universe agrees on this.
Carmine- Even just for laughs, no. I don't get it.

-Cole should definitely be played by Terry Tate (it just makes sense)
Are you sure thats Lester Speight and not Barry Bonds??!?! lol j/k

-and that guy for Hoffman, although a very good choice, is used WAAAY too much in roles like that. I wouldn't be surprised if Hoffman's character was actually based around R. Lee

-Baird and Kim are good picks

Marcus- a good choice actually once you stair at him for awhile, but for some reason Dennis Quaid keeps popping in my head for Marcus :D. He’s a damn good actor too (Quaid).
Dom- He actually looks the part.
Baird- again once you stair at him for awhile he looks great for it, his forehead looks exactly like Baird's. I also see that Wyatt Cain is a choice among a lot of people ( The weird tin man series on Sci-Fi, he's tin man).
Cole- Right on the money. Not only does he look the part and comes buff straight out of the box he is THE voice actor for cole train. Perfection. (should google better pictures of him if you don't fully agree.)
Kim- Yeah I can believe that. Make him bald, stick him in a COG suit, good to go.
Hoffman- Yup that would be my personal choice as well. After all the hoffer is based of Ermey, voice and all. It's painfully obvious lol.
Carmine- No sir. That guy is mad stupid looking and I don’t care if he lasts 2 minutes in a helmet he looks like he would jump around like some sporadic monkey hopped up on PCP.

Whether any of these "actors" can act, I don't know.... well besides Quaid :p.

The pic of Chinlund I actually found after I saw him in the movie felon. I immediately thought he looked and sounded like marcus. Maybe the picture doesn't work too well but when I went to his page on IMDB, there were already a couple of threads discussing what a perfect Marcus he would be.

The same for Dom. I did the pics in a hurry so I probably didn't get the best pics for each of them.

I think Martini as Baird is a great match, here's a good picture:

He has the right bone structure, pale blue eyes and actually looks like a bit of an assh*le. Him having slight stubble helps the picture but his hair would need to be spiked and possibly dyed a lighter blonde colour.

Not a bad Marcus. Dom is iffy. As much as I like the actors you have for Baird, I am not seeing any of them as baird. It looks like Rasta, Hoffman, and Anya are already cast (see my previous post).

well if you've seen Mark Whalberg in alot of his films he's a cocky, exactly like Baird in "The Departed" he's just rude and forward.
Ryan phillippe is definately one of my favorite actors and looks like Baird and could definately play the part,
and ryan reynolds would only need to dye his hair blond and would fit right into the role.

but definately cant wait for the final cast choices..

I agree that Jason Scott Lee should play Kim, he's a perfect match:

Carlos Ferro for Dom. He already does the voice and looks just like him. Lester Spreight for Cole. He also does the voice. Marcus is Mickey Rourke, end of story. Hoffman is hoffman so that is that as well. (Meaning R Lee Ermey.) As for Baird, tough choice. I have seen some pics around and Ryan Renolds could be great. He has the attitude and kind of looks like him. He would need to have a different voice though. Jason Scott Lee for Kim.:D
