Yes. There are unlockable characters linked to previous achievements. So far, those are the only 3 we know of and they are all campaign achievements.

Yeah, unlock the achievements in Gears 1 to get the bonuses in Gears 2.

OMG xD:D aw man that sucks cause my real GT (L3TS D0 TH155) got suspended for a very long time,so i play on another GT but it dosent have all the achievements in gears, it only has 640 GS i think, but my real GT (L3TS D0 TH155) has everysingle achievement 1250 GS, so i wont have every character unlocked:(

The unlocked characters are for use in MP. You don't need to unlock anything to play SP.

They have only revealed 3 of them at the moment, maybe there will also be MP Linked Achievements. Just wait and see.

Edit: O, thought you meant the Achievements. xD

The unlocked characters are for use in MP. You don't need to unlock anything to play SP. no i mean like are the campaign achievements going to have to be for character unlockables only or will the MP ones have it too?

Not sure I understand the question. If you are asking if Gears 1 MP achievements will also unlock characters, etc. in Gears 2, the answer is no one knows yet -- the only 3 examples of unlocks so far are from campaign. Joe Graf is the one who indicated that the characters unlocked by the previous achievements are for use in MP.
