Gun totin' Monks. Now there's an original concept.
The Kantus religion is the largest faith among the Locust Horde. Kantusianism isn't so much a faith in a deity as much as it is in a philosophy. The Queen isn't seen so much as a goddess as she is seen as a matriarch with a great level of veneration offered to her by the loyal subjects of the Locust Horde.
Kantusianism seeks to use the philosophy of a religion to instill in its subjects a sense of obligation to the principles that the Kantus faith adheres to.
The Kantus faith is based on five fundamental principles:
1. The infallibility of the Locust Queen
2. The superiority of the Locust Race
3. The destined domination of Sera
4. A cleansed Locust ethnicity
5. A utopian system of society
The driving force behind the Kantus faith is the Queen herself. She will do whatever it takes to bring world conquest to pass. The establishment of a government religion is one of the factoring tools to usher in the utopian society dominated by the Locust.
