I know there's going to be a Gold Lancer. I got that. My question is what is it going to look like? Will we be able to turn it on and off? Will it show up un everyones screen or just ours?
My other thing is what about a Gold Gnasher Shotgun? It's just as important as the Lancer. You've got it on the front cover of Gears Of War. You've got Marcus and Carmine with Lancers. And Marcus's best friend and main character Dom with the Gnasher Shotgun. Is it just the lancer because you start with it out or to try and make it more popular?
And what about like Gold Grenades? Or a Pistol? I'm just wondering. I think it would be awesome if all the guns you start with were gold. But thats just me.

I highly doubt that they will make all weapon able to be gold. It will make the game too much like COD4 multi player and everyone knows we don't that.:rolleyes:

Well, Lancer always been the main primary weapon.. (offline) and you actually start with a hammerburst lol. :P

Actually you have a choice on whether you start with the lancer or hammerburst.

I got that. But why the Lancer? It's the primary weapon. But other than that, why? Wait! If I shoose the Hammerburst as my primary will it be Gold? Because that'd be awesome!

No it won't as gar as we know only the lancer will be gold and even then only if you buy the Limited Edition.

Hurrah! We will probably see more use of the Lancer in GoW2 because of thee actual effects and power it has compared to the other guns now.

I hope they just leave it at the gold lancer. The game feeds off of brutal and bloody weapons. If they glam the game up too much, it would get kinda old.

The Lancer is Epic, its their original gun that is different from all those other shooters, if you take the chainsaw of the lancer, its just a normal assault rifle, the lancer is more special to them than any other weapon in the game.

The only weapons I think should be gold are the Longshot and the Lancer because those are the best weapons in the game(in my opinion).

People just complain about everything.
They're giving us a golden Lancer, and they don't want a golden Lancer.
And for everyone saying the Lancer will be the 'main' gun for Online use.
No, I'm definitely using the Hammerburst.

I'm not saying I want a Gold Lancer. I'm just asking why just the Lancer.

Because it is their trademark, they only want their trademark weapon golden, which makes sense.

Dude that phote was very good as it is. The one made by EPIC well that's going godly. I thinnk you'll get to chose hwich weapon will be gold. Lancer,hammerburst or shotgun, But that's what I'm thinking now that I have some new info.

No, the only weapon you will be able to have gold if you buy the LE is the Lancer. No golden Hammerburst or golden Shotgun or w/e.

I hate the Gold lancers and HB, it's fine if other people like having them but i just hate having them on my screen, they look fake and tacky...

I can't understand why people are willing to trade MS points for them.
