Yeah, about the 2nd shot, you can actually go trough the glass by jumping over-cover. It's not really an issue when the glass is down though.

Played it

Design wise, interesting how it breaks the mold of a typical gears map.

Perhaps it is just me being nit picky I understood the blue lights were the signal for the next wave but it did not feel like enough feedback for me to take a spot and fight back...

A few times I was in cover and the lights next to me came on next thing suicide wretches came out... hate those things....

I am sure you can hook up an audio quip or sound to warn the next wave is coming in. Or even change up the music when the Locust spawn.

Other than that pretty tough took a few tries to get past wave 1.

I enjoyed this, it was the first endurance map I played so I was a little confused but I felt the setting was pretty neato and I got into it. I really want to steal the space ship look you made here.

Anyone found a glitch yet? I once managed to fall down from the entire ship accidentally, but I fixed that issue. BTW Mozi, after each wave eliminated there's a loud sound that let you know the wave is over, the next one spawns like 3 seconds later.

It's the same concept I used like in every other levels I previously made, but this one is a bit shorter since the locusts needs some time to get up the elevators.

Kantham, jut wanted to tell you this map is excellent. It'd easily the best SP map i've tried, and i think i've tried them all. Only glitch is sometimes one or more of the locusts will stay under and not come up, so the wave doesn't end and you just sit there forever till you restart the map from the beginning. So far this has kept me from ever getting to the end. But great map anyways. played it for many hours so far. Thanks !

By the way, i'm not crazy about the grubs or whatever those little monkey like things are. One of the things about gears i really hate. I've never used the editor, but if i try would it be easy enough to remove them from the map?

Final version 2 is approaching, which will fix some issues and remove the boomers combo.

Haha, I don't hate the Wretches, they are faster than the standard locust and they will add a harder twist to the gameplay. Just use your pistol melee against them. :)

The glitch you mentioned for the locust getting stuck underneath, was a boomer left side at the rear of the ship. I got that sorted out. :)

So then this ISN'T the final since you're talking about final v2, right? In any case i'm glad to hear it's fixed as far as the boomer that stays underneath. Not sure i want V2 tho because i actually LIKE the boomers. The more the better !
