Am I allowed to create my own bonus packs?

Well you can create maps or mutators and add them in one package and call it whatever you feel like, but its user created content notheless.
I recommend you to make it so people know its unofficional just to avoid issues.;)

So feel free to throw us any maps mods and characters or whatever you can do for UT. :D:)
