the xbox website says that the new theme and gamer pics are free. but when i try to download them they cost 150 points.

tried emailing major nelson but i got a error email back.

posting it here.

That is messed up, they say its free, after a few people download and it becomes popular they put a price tag on it.....lmao. lollololololol

Seriously? I didn't know they did that! Is it like 150 MS points for the theme and 100 MS points for the pics?

No really, I looked on the Marketplace, there are no new themes or gamer pictures under Gears of War or Gears of War 2. So, what is this new theme?

Think he means the "Bare Your Teeth" lot that went up with the announcement of Gears 2.
