Help, mutator isn't installing correctly.

I'm trying to get the action cam to work on my PC version UT3 and it won't work. I've done everything the readme says and it still won't show up in my mutators list. Here's the readme's instructions.

Action Cam v1.0 Initial Release
Matt "Fall" Webster

"To install:

1. Have Unreal Tournament 3 installed.
2. Copy the provided folder to: \My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\

To play with Action Cam in Instant Action:

1. Launch Unreal Tournament 3.
2. Select "Instant Action".
3. Choose any map and gametype.
4. Select "Mutators".
5. Select "Action Cam" and add to active mutator list.
6. Start game.
7. Enjoy Action Cam!"

I've followed all the directions and I still can't get it.

If "Install" is a folder, then open that folder (or whichever folder the UTGame folder is in). Copy the UTGame folder. Then open My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3 and paste there. It will say "Folder already contains UTGame, do you want to overwrite?" or something like that. Yes, you want to overwrite.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you put the "Install" folder there instead of the UTGame folder.
