Hey there. A group here looking to use some custom character models in a mod is having issues. We've realized that there are some sort of ".ka" files that we need to avoid the character from passing into walls partially (For ragdolls and collision?). However, we can't find any information on how to create these files. We located a tool online at one point, but it lacked documentation on its use, leaving us as confused as when we started. Is there something we can use that will build collision for our characters? At this point, we're defaulting to the sphere collision, which doesn't really work that well.

If they've made custom models which have custom skeletal structures then they will need to use the Karma Authoring Tool (http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/KarmaAuthoringTool.html) to create ragdoll information files for each unique skeletal rig.

Make sure to read through the KAT User's Guide as well, there are a lot of keyboard shortcuts that perform certain functions.

Thanks a ton! That was the tool we found, but we came across it off the Epic Games website, so we didn't get the how-to included on there. That looks like exactly what we need.
