i just got done playing for about 10 min, and i wasnt too sure if there was a definite end so i just stopped. I really like it, and i like how you used some unique ideas like the raising turret in the middle. there were also some cons aswell.

i didnt like how big the level was and it was too un linear. there were times when there was one locust left and i had to run around the whole map looking for him. Another thing is, how come there are random blocking volumes where i figured the enemys would spawn, but since there was nothing blocking my view to the area anyways, it really didnt seem necessary.
overall it was fun and unique. though

Hmm.. Looks interesting map. I'll look in to it.

Alright I just tested, and it looked awesome and it was fun fighting those Locust.

This is a great map! Can't wait for the full version, the beta was fun but i ran out of ammo so it was hard to tackle on. Otherrwise nice job! :)

You shouldn't run out of ammo, pick the locusts weapons on the ground. In fact, I really dislike the Blue ammo boxes.

Haha i hate hammerburst! Or they are sometimes cool, but really? No Blue Ammo boxes? Then how can we get ammunition? Hmm, you could always make the Lancer unlimited ammo or something.

Been playing this for a few days now and still love it.

The turret is a really nifty idea but I never want to use it because I feel way too vunerable when i do. It depends what you want the turret to be really, a bit of easy relief from manual killing or a bonus thats really circumstantial. I'd try either having it usable for a little while longer, or putting some cover nearer to it so that if you come underfire you can duck in, just a single block of concrete even. Just a few suggestions from my perspective.

Love the balence too because at no spot in the map have I ever felt i'd be able to camp it. Keeps you on your toes. Good job looking forward to final.

Yeah, I agree. I'll try changing the turret time to something near 20 seconds and modify the turret rotation speed. That may help. I'm glad someone finds the whole concept balanced.

Final is progressing, A few details are left to be added, everything seen in Esstal (http://forums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=614433) is included (Tutorial, random playable character and ETC) for final.
