I'm picking it up because my disk is scratched so I can't play certain levels in the campaign (including my ALL of my favourite Act, which is number 4). It's cheap (provided it's coming to the UK mind) and it may have some new content on there.

For instance, we have seen a "teaser trailer" for GoW2 and the "Assault Gameplay" but I don't recall a Gears of War 2 trailer outside of those. Interesting :D

Also the gamer picture pack for GoW1 content, including the Emergence Day themes and gamerpics are a must have for me - I'd say the picture pack is that "Midnight Madness" thing they did for GoW where you got them. I had them, but when I transferred to my elite I did it via memory card and thought I could redownload ALL my pics and themes - turns out they took them off the servers and I lost those amazing pictures and all my Emergence Day content.

So for me, it's a must buy. Replaces my disk and gives me all my old content back :)

lol... I have all the content but my disk is scratched too, I cant play the first part of act 1, or 4...lol...SO HOW DO I PLAY CAMPAIGN, I get my friends to host right after act 1..lol... Maybe I will buy it but only for the cheaper cost of the actual game...
