Your card will run the game, but it will be poor quality and slow. It's too old. You did not list your CPU type or video bus, AGP or PCIE.

Here are the recommended hardware requirements for running this game, (and here are mine)

• 2.4+ GHz dual core CPU(use XP, not Vista)
• 1 GB RAM (you really need 2 Gb)
• NVIDIA 7800+ or ATI x1800+ Video Card (really you need ati 3850 or nvidia 8600GT with DDR3 memory)

Those are your PC components. The internal parts that make up the system. Do you know what type of CPU you have? If it's an older computer, the cpu may not be able to run the game at playable speeds. You know your video card is an x1300, that is most likely an AGP type card if the computer is more than 3 years old.

You should be fine as the X1300 pro is slightly better than the Minimum Requirement of a Radeon 9600+. However, don't expect anything great as you'll most likely be playing on the lowest settings (depending on your resolution), especially if you jump into warfare/VCTF.

Anyway, as oldkawman said, what's your processor?

Yes.

So I'm not sure exactly what your asking. Will you be able to play UT3? Yes. At very low settings, but you should be able to play. This will be with most games that have been released in the past year or so. You'd have to post specs from this program to tell for sure. Your RAM is probably PC2-4200/5300/5400, which isn't helping.

So again, are you asking if you need an upgrade? Well if so, and you're planning on gaming, then I would recommend you purchase/build a new rig with the latter being best.
