How do I chat in PS3 version?????

Seriously disappointed in this, I thought chat would of been one of the first things included.

I have to agree, it's really just sloppy that this even passed QA.

But looking at the sales numbers of both the pc version and the ps3 version I wouldn't expect that patch to come anytime soon.

As a correction, it's one of the d-pad buttons that is the mic toggle. I can't remember which, personally I remapped the controller to set it as Triangle.

It dosent matter which button it is....like I said before the chat dosent function 100%...using USB or Bluetooth mics.

thats one of the big down falls of the ps3 version - chatting sux. 360 will be better.

It's right on the Dpad or B on the keyboard.

the way i got my mic to work was first off,

- TURN YOUR MIC ON BEFORE LOADING UP THE DISC, this is a very important step, and without doing this your mic wont work
- go into audio settings and make sure you have mute mic to off (its the last option)
- (OPTIONAL) go to input settings and press triangle, and change the L3 button to "toggle voice" ( you can do this with any button ) this is optional but its easier than using the right d pad as its practically impossible to move and shoot whilst holding the right d pad
- go into any game, preferably with a buddy who has done the same thing, and hold down L3 or d pad right(default) and see if you can communicate with other
- remember you can only talk when holding down L3 or d pad right, and when your on the same team

by doing these steps it should work

You can also try changing the voice volume and abience volume in audio settings if your having difficulties hearing
