I'm not losing this one this time! It can't happen! (and if it does I may kill my brother).
The Beta will be here VERY soon.

I hate brushing, I've only made a few maps in my life, a few for DOOM 3, a few for CS:S, and this'll be the only one i've finished for any Unreal game. Is there anyway I can do brushing easier? Like drawing out the brush?

wow. this map looks great. keep up the good work. as for the point of interest thing, im not sure how to do that, but i do know how to force the camera to look in the desired direction.

Yeah I know how to do that too, but your chances of being shot are like 80% if I FORCE it.
Also, i've uploaded more pictures.

I dunno, maybe I'm just being unnecessarily nitpicky, but I'm really not digging that yellow lighting with that blue sky. It just isn't a good fit for me.

Never know. I may change it, it is after all, it it's beta stages.
I finally got the music /end battle guitar thing to work. Does anybody know how to make it so you have a choice to look at something? Like when it gives you the eye and the (Q) option? That would help because it makes you look at a certain something in the middle of a firefight.
this one for you Zeyta, look at (Q Key) kismet setup.

The point of interest is available in the actor classes (Generic Browser), add one in your map & link it with the trigger. You can set text to display also, time to show Q icon. You can manage the rest ;)

Besides your map I haven't played any of the custom maps. There is a few reasons for this, one of the obvious ones is i don't want my map to have anything similar that people might notice, and playing good maps might tempt me to say to myself "on this part i should do something like ____'s map". I'm not sure how long the level has to be for it to be somewhat satisfying either, so I'm going for 3 large battles and 2-3 small encounter in between.

Looking great!
In the second screenshot you can see the break in the street texture. It's not glaring or anything but it is noticeable.
Good use of colored lighting. I like that subtle blue lighting in the first screenshot for the shadows.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "drawing out the brush". What I would recommend though is to throw away the red builder brush. After I create one additive brush I usually just copy paste that one and resize it. It's not that much different, but I find that it saves some time.

I noticed that too, any quick fixes?

BETA is ready for release, but the editor likes to crash no matter how i try to publish this, any volunteers willing to take the map and publish it themselves?

If you want to make more complex BSP than just cubes, cylinders and such, first make sure you know how to intersect and deintersect. Before I learned how to use the 2d shape editor I used these to create my more complex hallways and other assets like columns. http://www.stage6.com/Unreal-Engine-3---Video-Tutorials/video/1993324/Intro-to-UnrealEd-~-Toolbox-CSG-Operations-17/35
the 2d shape editor i think has been replaced by geometry mode: http://www.stage6.com/Unreal-Engine-3---Video-Tutorials/video/1980779/Intro-to-UnrealEd-~-Geometry-Mode-Selections-30/35
note this is ut3 editor slightly different from gow
the 2d shape editor was great because you could add vertices to create your own shape. After looking through all of these videos I don't see a way to do that, what I might do is create some brushes in older unreal eds and import them.

maybe I am being a little nit-picky too, but the curved curbs you placed are not tangent to the straight curbs...you should fix that because it is really obvious even at the players perspective. Other than that I think your map is looking good .
