Name: Eagle Hall
Version: 1.0 Beta
Description:
A small multiplayer map that is based around the EBA missions in the campaign.
Backstory:
::: Disclamer: Fan Fiction:::
Order, diligence, purity, labor, honor, loyalty, faith, and humility once echoed through these now empty halls. Opponents of Eagle Hall called it a house of propaganda. Students of the East Barricade Academy knew it as a place of knowledge and understanding.
Eagle Hall was built during the Pendulum Wars during the time that the C.O.G faction was coming into its own. When the East Barricade Academy was in commission students would often gather at Eagle Hall to study the teachings and the history of their socialist ideals. They would often congregate in one of the “Soapbox” Rooms and listen to other students, teachers, or professionals on topics relating to the greatness of the Coalition of Ordered Governments.
During the Locust invasion of the Jacinto Plateau, a decade after E-Day, several students made a choice to abandon their defensive post to save the priceless library that laid within Eagle Hall. They boarded all the doors except for the back entrance. The students then began to haul out the books and other teachings from the study areas taking them to what was thought a safer place.
While the students were busy moving like ants between the safe place and Eagle Hall the Locust effortlessly evaded the abandon defensive posts. The students were ill prepared for what came next. The Locust stumbled upon the ‘safe place’ with its books and writings strewn about in a hurry fashion along with a few very scared students. Many of the students were killed. As the Locust set fire to the COGs heritage some of the students escaped only to be caught later by fellow COG members, who angrily executed them for abandoning their post. During the Jacinto invasion Eagle Hall went untouched by the Locust.
The Hall was once a monument to Alexiy Desipich and his ideals. Now, like the hopes of the countless human lives at stake, Eagle Hall lies silent and empty.
