Gears of war 2 release date? what the hell ?

Aparently amazon had gears of war 2 for preorder,but then they took it off,the date was november 1th 2008.

I know we shouldnt believe it unless it comes from EPIC,but this is weird...

Meh, it's obvious the game will be in our hands by the next year, but I won't really trust Amazon.com for any info.

amazon is known to throw dates out there for stuff. don't believe it 100%
