Can't get on XBL

Is anybody else not able to get on XBL now?

I got IP Address error and was jw if its just me. Been like this for past few days.

the servers are down all over the world; sometimes i can go on and sometimes no... too many people got xbox for xmas and now the xbl servers have crashed
