mine was positioned just above the DVD in the cover box. If it aint there there go back to the store and demand a different box dude.

went back to the store and was greeted with the lovely news of them not having it and they wouldnt accept me returning it. im gonna go to a different store and if i have the same problem im gonna give them hell.

you should be able to explain nicely that there is no product code which means the game can't be played. just do it nicely :)

you're pretty much SOL if they are out of copies until they get more.

u guys can let this thread die cause i returned it and got a new one with a product code. although they seemed like they dident want me to return it saying i was wrong, but i made them open a new one and thare was the product code, which mine did not have then they were like "o..thats weird" like they are never wrong.
