Recommend me a video card

Suggest me something. The best card out there, preferably below $300.00. ATI or Nvidia. Don't care.

Upgrading from Radeon X1300.

I can run UT3 pretty smooth with settings at default which looks alright (thanks to the tweak thread and the tweak tool in the mods section - thanks guys :))

But I think I should get a new card for future games.

8800gt. Someone will say it as well.. (it's right below $300.. you can get a cheaper one if you don't get one thats overclocked).

lol I've said it before and I'll say it again: 8800gt! as champee said, it's very cheap and I believe it's in the top 5 graphics cards for framerate performance. on Amazon you can get a Pailt overclocked version (with a better positioned fan than stock 8800gts to compensate for heat) for a mere £128 ($256 aprox).
