you shouldnt play recent games on integrated graphics cards; well unless you like playing java/flash games...Or of you just play offline, then go ahead and get it. For some reason, UT3 will kill about 20FPS of your offline FPS when you play online. For example, i can play offline with max settings at in the 60's constantly, but when i play online even with the lowest settings, itll only do 35-45FPS.

just googled that card and...
http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=4145
this site shows the FPS of some recent or popular games

"I thought it might be able to run on the 7150M; the game scales ridiculously well, pushing 1024x640 medium quality smoothly even on a 128MB GeForce 8400M G, the lowliest of modern dedicated cards.

With everything set to its lowest setting except for screen percentage which is set at 70, Unreal Tournament III runs smoothly on the 7150M."

keep in mind that you will probably have to set world detail and texture detail to 1, because 128mb of video memory isnt really enough for maximum resolution textures.

yeah, an actual card will make a difference, and you will get your memory back because integrated video cards share your RAM.
more RAM=faster loading and response
an 8600 should be able to play all recent games err except Crysis on Very High.
