ShockJump Instagib

Not too much needs to be said about this, just wanted to add 'rocket jumping' to Instagib because I had a blast with it in UT2004. Will probably come back to it at some point and add in more features, mutator config pages etc.

Installation instructions etc are in the zip file. No screenshots (because there's nothing to see! :P)

Sounds good. Does it allow you to boost your team also

same as normal instagib (so i guess not?)
I will plan to add that though, and make it scalable :)
