Hey all, I've got a really really weird problem with the fps in this game.
First of all, my specs:
Core 2 duo 1.8ghz
nvidia 8600m gt (575core,474mem) 169.09
2gb ram
Vista ultimate. Using dx10 (actually gives better performance than when I played using dx9 on XP)

etc.
It's a sager np2090 specifically.
Anyways, for some odd reason I get the same FPS at 1680x1050, 1440x900, 1280x800, and 1024x640. On top of that, I get the same fps over clocked or not.

This highly relates to what I'm viewing, my fps will be around 13 when looking out into a large battlefield, but around 25 when staring at a wall.
Obviously I didn't buy this game to stare at a wall, so what can be done to fix this?

Don't know if this has any consequences, but my nvidia driver is 169.09 and the nForce GART is 163.86.

Welcome to the problem pool. Unfortunately, it seems not much can be done about this presently. Do you ever have FPS above 20 in certain areas, as that seems incredibly low for your hardware
