This is your first map? Wow. Impressive. This is a lot of fun. My only complaint (if you can even call it that) is that you die when you fall off the desktop and shelves. If some stuff was added in the room, you could expand the map and move more freely, but on the other hand, it might be too big then.

very nice map! i really like it and i suggest that if there is a next version maybe to be able to get to the bed and the floor, but i like how you can teleport to the inside of the computer pretty cool textures in there. i need to take a crack at making a decent map but im only good at making subtractive maps haha

One suggestion, I'd make the floor and the entire map playable, instead of dying if you fall. Other than it's awesome.

Anyone remember of the map from UT2k4 like this, I forget the name but it was a big bar and had a pool table in the middle where you could go up in it. There were also all these hidden pathways along the walls. The name of the name started with a P or an S, I can't remember. I wish I still had that map to play. Someone needs to re-create it for UT3, it was such an awesome map.

Just wanted to ask the OP something. Will you be adding the Air vent?. I remember theres was a cracked air vent that you could teleport to and theres was a sniper up there. Also I think you should open up the bed and side desk. Also wanted to know if you plan on remaking any other classic mini maps like the Kitchen,Bathroom,Livingroom,TV Repir shop,Dinning Room?.

EDIT: Nevermind I saw a post saying he will. I really think Kitchen,Bathroom and Dinning Room has to be done. I seriously loved those maps. Oh and Backyard needs to be remade too, BBQ and all.

Nice, these mini-me maps trip me out. When I was telling my friend about the mods, particularly mini-me maps. He pretty much didn't believe me. I showed him the bathroom one this morning and he was cracking up. I showed him the pics for these as well (which I have on my PS3) and he thought these were the coolest things he's ever seen in video games. Keep in mind this guy doesn't play games at all. I can't wait to put these maps in my rotation on ps3.

You have to dl on your PC and copy on flash memory (mp3 player, pendrive) and then, insert it via USB in PS3 :/

This is cooked in the wrong PS3 format filename, as it should end up to be "USERDATA.JAM". The author has 5 files in it that look like the PC format type. Please try to recook PS3 version.

You still have the original 5 PC files along with the userdata.jam PS3 file in the updated .zip. I would think that you would just extract the .jam file from this zip?

Didn't really intend for that to sound mean but that's why they call me the grinch.

It works exacly the same way that every other PS3 mod works. You put the USERDATA.JAM file into the BLU32943 folder. I made those numbers up after BLU but if your USB card is already set up then the folders are already there.

Just delete all the pc files in the folder. then rename the folder PS3 and it will work. The file size is 13mb. the old non working one is 7mb.

It works. 1.)download the latest working file. 2.)Open and erase the pc files in the folder. 3.) Then rename the downloaded folder to PS3 and it will work. I have played the map several times on my PS3

I am guessing here, but:

You may be victim of region greed from Sony. File structure depends on regions it was cooked for and your PS3 region. Somebody wrote in another thread that you need to put file in correct place (that depends on your region) for it to work. And thankfully files do not differ between regions, just their location.

Great map, although it would be nice to be able to at least go on the bed, you can walk on some parts, but not on others. (bed is lumpy, you can only go on the higher parts of the padding and the pillows) And you can't go on the chair/nightstand, you should really make the area where you die if you go below it near the ground, leaving the bed, chair and nightstand accesible. Oh, and why is the mouse *extremely* low poly? Overall, a really nice map, reminds me of playing Sweet Tooth's Bedroom in Twisted Metal 4...

To be honest, I am a little disappointed with this map. Not that it's bad, I like what's there, but I really was expecting to be able to explore that whole room. Under the desk, Under the bed, on the bed, all of it. I really like what is there, but I would like it alot more is it was the entire room. Good job though.
