Logo Changer - How to find UT3?

Hi All,

As some of you may remember I wrote a start up 'logo' replacer, which cycled through a list of given logos for UT2004 (called Logo Changer).
When I got UT3, I started looking at the possibility of porting or making it compatible with UT3, however unlike UT2004, I cannot find any registry entry for the folder its stored in, is there any way locate UT3's installed directory?

[Note: I did try putting a new splash picture in the my documents 'branch' but that had no effect at all].

The popular way seems to check and see if they have shortcuts to UT3 and if so, where do they point to?

I don't think there are registry entries for the install directory.

I not sure that is a good method really, as all it requires is for someone to have a custom link structure or not to have that start menu folder and it won't find ut3.
I need a more reliable method really, thankyou anyway.
