[Request] Display Node power level

This same mut was made for UT2k4, worked awesomely, and it prettty much made it so above (i guess it'd be to the side) of the node (where it shows the node's name) would be a numerical value representing the current health of the node.

Anybody want to take up the challenge?

Cool, it wasn't gameplay changing but was good for allowing you to know what the node was at quickly.
