bindings, say something

hi, I'm used to play with bindings while playing previous UT's. I would just put it in user.ini

but now I can't find user.ini, and I think it moved to UTInput or something. but the command doesn't work.

Bindings=(Name="Ctrl",Command="Say LoL")

anyone know what I've got to input ? ^^

you can do - in game:

set bind "key" say jibberjabberjibberjabber

Agreed, alternatively it's in the "Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config" directory under UTInput.ini

ok I set binds in console command to keys like "n" or "m", but I play with "wasd" and those keys are not so close together. making it not so confortable for a key binding.

In previous UT's I always used "Ctrl" or "Alt", but somehow it doesn't work now. instead my character just jumpq like an idiot ^^

any idea how to bind something to "Ctrl" or "Alt" plz ^^
