Terrain and sky Material where are them?

i don't find terrain material and sky material too, in the generic window i find many effect but no texture for material or terrain, someone know where are them? do i have to load some file? thx

in the generic browser , for the sky material, open un_sky.upk and then u will got some sky texture etc. and there is mesh (half-moon mesh) with sky in ,like in ut3 map
