It doesnt look fantastic but plays very well and since its simple the frame rates are in the hundreds.

Whats up guys, i remade one of my old maps for the new engine, Yes its a simple map and yes its a solid color but still never the less this map is a staple in the DM low grav ig scene. well over 100000 matches played in 2k4 and the IG community is starved for maps. (several Ig clans msged me asking for this one)

I tried damn hard to get the basic sizing of the 2k4 version perfect. Had to static the walls, there high poly since bsp allows people to walk up the slanted wall in this one.

if people dont already know there no projectors anymore so getting those pictures on the walls without crappifying the orage textures took some hollowed statics trickery.

Original map music from 2k3 also reintact.

Last but not least people if low grav ig dm isnt your gametype please keep nasty comments to your self. Understand that this is to please only the DM LG IG section of the community. Sorry.

I like it. One problem though. There are 2 letters missing from the title of the map: "GU". Out of respect to Karma and Aries it would be nice to include that clan tag since they are th original authors representing their clan.

actually scru i am the original author, aries had nothing to do with my map.
who the hell is aries anyways, or did they go by another name in the past cus i sure as hell down remember anyone by that tag in the old gu clan. And if anyone helped me with anything is was mostly travis (Version7) with the broken cables in elivator action. Didnt notice it needed that touchup till he mentioned it

I Was GU°kArMa the original author of a handfull of the most played GU maps.
After gu died out i went to Ai with version7 for a litle while i rereleased this one with them with some small aditions like a changed texture or 2 and a face cut into the pumpkin, but i decided not to recut a face due to gravity bsp issues on rounded surfaces and the ability to almost litirally walk up the walls.

as it stands i own almost every single karmatized address on the net. There is only one karmatized.

aim is mine i have both karmatized and karmatizedyouth,Xfire karmatized. yahoo, karmatized, msn karmatized@hotmail.com, email services i dominated all major email sites with karmatized and all games i play im karmatized. So your gonna be pressed to find a karmatized on a legit big site that isnt in fact me.


theres a second version of it also with 4 placed shock rifles neer the center titled DM-(GU)-Halloweenarena-SSR which was edited by someone else and they put the Shock rifles in the middle but they also took out the map author tag in the editor. I liked the concept of the 4 rifles so i used i. But other then that if you check into it you will find i am in fact the original GU°kArMa or GU*kArma we changed that little symbol a few times.

Skru u got mave in your xfire list, he will comfirm that i made him the nakid girl in the hole for his old silence of the lambs map.

Some people don't understand what UT is about :) But in time they will...
All these dark graphical maps are nice in some way, but eventually we will all play arena like and fun maps..

I am remaking AutumnDreams, but slighty different. It's a small foggy map, arena like but it was very populair.

dude by the end of 2k4 i was playing nothing but those crazy ass assailt maps. cus the regular stuff was just boring already.

The only maps I liked after a while were Curse and Gael..
The rest was too boring :) Also, in the Netherlands we have a clan "Mokum-X" which made great maps :)

Sorry bro, I was only looking after the author Karma which is you. And it was indeed you that did ani version. I honestly didn't mean to come off in a bad way.

Wetworks had another kid, a little girl. Mole is playing Wow that nutless biotch. I haven't talked to 7 in a long time. I think he is in =Aim=. I'll have to ask Krasher and try to track him down. The last I heard his wife turned his gaming room into an arts and crafts room. :|

its kool man, btw the reason i was karma in 2k3 to 2k4 was because it had a character limit i couldnt fit karmatized and a clan tag. Thats what i was just karma for short

Thanks for remaking this map Karmatized, although we are not an IG clan we do play the SSR version (sorry you got ripped on that one) as a change of pace in our DM server.

Although this was a very simple map I and many others have spent many hours over the years playing it. Thanks for all your contributions to the community past and present.

Loved playing arenas like this is UT99 and so on, particularly in 99, it's arenas and IG and stuff like that that really kept me going for so long. It's good to start seeing it come around for the new game.
