UT3 Editor saving problems ....

I've been following along with the tutorials and have found an issue. I'm working on the materials editor and when I try to save my materials it says that I need permission to save? Has anyone came across this problem? If so do you know how to fix it?

Is this a Windows Vista script that comes up to ask you for permission to save? If so, then you can try turning off the User Account Permission control setting in the control panel.

I use Vista Ultimate and I haven't had a problems saving to packages and what not.
