not spawning with guns/hud

I've been screwing around with ued3 a bit and when I play a level I've made, I dont spawn with weapons, a hud or double jump, wtf?

this only occurs when I save it out side of teh UT3 install folder.

Try naming your level with DM- as a prefix.
