think it will have a lot of these maps, mut, mods in next time so we have scroll a lot to find anything
and so we have a list whit only the stuff
in this way a moderated thread will be fine to sort some out and find it quickly

If you were going to do something like this.
It'd have to be alot more organized and detailed...
Which is where I come in handy. : D
I used to do this all the time for forums to lazy to make their own uploading albums/pages.
What do you think about this (Below)?

Release Date: November 16th 2007
Description:
Sky-Arena is my remake of my old Sky-Arena map for ut2k4. Its a arena map sure. But don't think its plain lots of pretty work was done to her to make her shine
Nothing old was used, All textures and everything is new, i wanted the real ut3 feel.
Sizing is good and it has full weapons for those that aren't into the Insta-Gib, low gravity, super speed.

Check www.mapraider.com - best upload/download page for maps. Though they do not have any decent UT3 maps yet.

You are asking Epic to moderate and modify content in a thread because some folks are too lazy to look in the Maps&Mods section of the forums? And you want Epic to host the files also? It isn't going to happen. Seriously, the M&M section is already somewhat organized in a way that makes it fairly simple to find new maps and their info. It isn't like trying to find informational postings on ini tweaks and other settings in the haystack of the General Chat section, where about a dozen meaningless threads pop up every hour.
Firstly, if mappers/modders want to post their content they will need to have their own storage service. UnrealPlayground, Mapraider, Fileplanet and a whole group of other sites offer free storage and hosting for such files. And UP and MR offer pics and info on the maps for viewers to check out prior to downloading maps.
Secondly, while it is not such a bad idea for someone to organize all the info and links in a single thread for everyones' convenience, this should be done by one of the community members and left "open", as in not "closed," so that someone else can pick up the task in case the original maintainer can't or won't update the first post. And, at least mappers could post their own info there as well.
Thirdly, you won't get that many pictures listed in a single thread. I forgot the limit for images in this forum, but you will not be able to accomplish this task within the confines of a single post.
Lastly, considering the possibly vast amount of information involved to keep up with a thread of this type, it could very well be quite an undertaking if it is to be done right. Good luck to the person that takes on the challenge.
