Anybody else love the game and are absolutely stunned at the crappiness of the menu. I like the idea of Unreal really gaining some huge popularity by moving to consoles with this title, but should our PC menus have to suffer because of this?

Don't get me wrong, I ****ing love this game, even with dodge jump removed which I was worried about. But I just gotta say not only did the 2k menus(best), but even the original GOTY menu kicked, and still currently kick, UT3's menus' ass here? Hardcore even.

I don't have the slightest clue as to how a menu mod is created, but if anybody's working on one, please post the link here.

Or even what you think about the new menu.

It is still not 100% perfect but I like it much better navigation wise. It is a beta only so you probably will not be able to play online since no servers will have it.

I didn't like UT2k3/4 menu system. As fot UT99's UWindows - it's the best one I ever seen - no need in lame consolish navigation - just open whatever you want in separate windows and do config. Everything's done in a matter of seconds. But UT3's one sux, at least unpatched..

Checked out the patched UI. It's not UWindows, but it's way better then UT3's stock one..
