Im not sure I understand your question. You should just add the necessary mutator to the commandline, something like this:

?Mutator=UTGame.UTMutator_Instagib,UTGame.UTMutato r_LowGrav
Some people tend to forget that once they add a mutator their server is no longer classified as "pure" so it will only show in the server browser if they select ANY from the drop-down menu when searching.

I'm talking about if you have a rented server, not on your home/local pc.

i've tried that all for hours last night. does not accept it in command line.NONE of the mutators work. keep getting errors. seems like everyone is having the same problem.

There should be no difference between setting mutators on a home machine or a rented server. They are both the same software and follow the same rules.

Since you are running your server on default port 7777 I'd prob just get rid of "-port 7777" entirely from the commandline.

Other than that your commandline looks good. You havent really said what "the problem" is other than stating that it just doesnt work. What doesnt work? Does the server give an error, and if so what is the error? Does it load but isnt seen in the browser? More info may help.

I would also suggest starting with just one mutator and seeing how that works and correcting any errors before attempting to load all 3 at once. There are people who have mutators running without problem so we know its possible. Hopefully one of them will chime in with some tips.
