campaign problems

every time i try to play the campaign it freezes at some point during the first video (not always at the same spot.) ive tried numerous times but haven't been able to get past the video. it doesn't seem laggy, it just freezes out of no where. I can play online with decent fps so it shouldnt be a hardware issue :confused:
